Construction Security Consulting

Plan security around how your job site operates. We connect site conditions, equipment and material exposure, available camera and sensor information, and clear response procedures into a practical security scope.

Build a coordinated view of site risk

Site & perimeter assessment

Review access points, changing work zones, lighting, storage locations and after-hours exposure as construction progresses.

Cameras & sensor strategy

Assess how visible-light or thermal cameras, access records and suitable sensors could support the site. Evaluate coverage gaps, power, connectivity and maintenance needs.

Corroborated alerts

Use multiple authorized sources to assess an event in context. The approach considers source reliability, environmental conditions and supporting or conflicting evidence.

Response & escalation

Define who reviews an alert, who verifies conditions, and how the site team or contracted responders are notified. Agree responsibilities and operating hours.

Documentation & review

Scope event logs, incident summaries, evidence retention and follow-up actions so observations remain useful to project management.

Construction integration

Coordinate the security plan with deliveries, subcontractor access, temporary utilities, work schedules and changing site conditions.

Threat assessment that explains its reasoning

Our construction-intelligence framework uses Bayesian reasoning to update a risk assessment as evidence changes. A baseline assessment is reconsidered when a new observation supports or contradicts it. Source quality and shared origins matter: repeated copies of one observation should not be treated as independent confirmation.

The report separates event likelihood, potential impact, confidence in the evidence and the recommended response. Scoring criteria and escalation thresholds are agreed for the site and reviewed by a person.

Define the scope before choosing equipment

  • Site-risk review and coverage recommendations.
  • Camera, sensor and connectivity requirements for qualified vendors.
  • Alert review and escalation procedures with named responsibilities.
  • Reporting format, access permissions and retention requirements.
  • Implementation coordination and follow-up reviews where included.

Monitoring coverage, installation, response services and any aerial work are specified separately for the project. Availability and operating requirements are confirmed during scope review.
